This warehouse’s boss running building materials business, he need build the warehouse to storage his products, he asked us to design a special big span warehouse, it is good for his products enter and exit, so we make the width to be 25 meter, big width, he is very happy with the design.

Design Parameter

Building designed wind loading speed :Wind load≥150km/h.
Building life time: 50 years.
Steel structure materials: standard Q345 steel.
Roof&wall sheet: Rock wool sandwich panel as roof and wall panel, thickness is 50mm.
Roof&wall purlin(Q235 steel) : Z Purlin made by high strength steel

Production & Shipping

40 days for production.
62 days for shipping from China to Zimbabwe, include inland transportation.

Installation

52 days to make the civil construction, include flat the land and make concrete foundation, and it takes 27 days to assemble the steel structure warehouse.
