Project Introduction

The steel structure workshop, located in Amhara city,Ethiopia. The size of the workshop is 150m*100m*11m, Total 15000SQM. Investment and construction by Chinese businessmen in Ethiopia. This Industrial Park workshop Equipped with 10-ton crane system,EPS insulation board is used for roof and wallboard.

Design Parameter

The below information are the parameters of different parts:

Workshop building :Wind load≥0.50KN/M2 ,Live load≥0.50KN/M2 ,Dead load≥0.15KN/M2.

Steel beam &column(Q355 steel):2 layers epoxy antirust oil painting in 110μm thickness color is gray

Roof&wall sheet:EPS insulation board, White & Blue color

Roof&wall purlin(Q345 steel) :C section Galvanized Steel Purlin

Door size is 6*6m sliding door, which can be open and close easily.

This workshop has big size windows which can help workshop inside lighting well. And 10-ton crane system can move heavy material easily inside.

Production & Shipping

We prepared all steel parts for client during 55 days, and packed loaded in 22*40HC containers. Shipping time is 46 days to Djibouti port. Client use ESL(Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise) and get containers from Modjo/ commet DRY PORT,then use trucks take to his project site.

Installation

The owner used our company installation team to install the steel structure parts, it cost 106 days totally to finish the foundation and installation work.

Execute Summary

From client contact us to project done ,It took a total of 207 day.This is a project with a very fast construction cycle for customers in Ethiopia. Our company are responsible for project design, material processing, and transportation, installation.
