Steel Structure System Description
Our prefabricated steel structure buildings are composed of primary framework and secondary bracing systems, all made of structural steel to ensure overall stability and strength.
Primary Framework
The main structure is designed as a portal rigid frame, consisting of steel columns and steel beams fabricated from welded Q355B H-section steel. All connections are bolted to ensure precision, strength, and ease of installation.Secondary Bracing System
The bracing system includes tie bars, horizontal bracing, column bracing, as well as roof purlins and wall girts. These members work together to enhance the rigidity and load-bearing capacity of the entire building.
The portal steel frame combined with the external enclosure system forms a fully enclosed structure capable of withstanding severe weather conditions, including strong wind, heavy rain, and snow loads.
Prefabrication & Installation
All steel components are cut, welded, drilled, and surface-treated (painted or hot-dip galvanized) in our workshop under strict quality control. After fabrication, components are transported to the construction site as prefabricated units.

Surface Treatment: Painting or hot-dip galvanizing
Packing: Nude packing or steel pallet packing, suitable for 40’HQ / OT containers
Wall & Roof System
Roof panels are typically supplied in single continuous lengths from eaves to ridge, suitable for portal frame buildings.
Wall panels are supplied in continuous lengths from floor level to eaves, usually corrugated steel sheets with thickness 0.4–0.6 mm.
For buildings requiring thermal insulation, sandwich panels are recommended.
